Since we opened our first store in 1974, we've been passionate about helping customers to provide the same level of care for their pets as they would the rest of their family. It's what inspired us back then. And it's still what inspires us today. It's just that now we have eight locations and dozens of dedicated team members who also share our passion.

So what does this all mean for you and your pet? Well, it means that no matter which Tisol store you visit, you can feel confident that you're doing the very best for your pet – or as we refer to them, ‘the ones you love'.

Our Expertise Apart from having one of the best selections of premium pet nutrition products, what really sets us apart is our expertise. Collectively, our staff members and management team are, arguably, the most trusted and knowledgeable anywhere. You might even call them ‘pet food geeks'.

Not surprisingly, we have a well-earned reputation for being the nutrition and supply retailer of choice for those that are not willing to compromise on the health or wellness of their pet.

Our Roots Tisol is a family-owned business that is run by husband and wife team Henry & Brenda Kozub. A few years ago the family business expanded to a second generation when Henry & Brenda’s son, Russ, officially joined Tisol. Russ is currently the assistant general manager keeping Tisol on an even keel when Henry & Brenda are away.

Family ties are not restricted to the ownership, however; Over the years some of our staff have had their children follow in their footsteps as members of the Tisol team. As far as we can tell, an unwavering desire to help pet owners provide the best care for their pets is just part of some people’s DNA.
